KDM Accounting Services Inc has been preparing tax returns for small to medium businesses out of South Florida since 1989 — with deep S-Corporation specialty. Form 1120-S and K-1 issuance, an annual reasonable-compensation memo, and a maintained basis schedule. Two offices in Florida (Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale), nationwide remote engagements, same specialist year over year.
We are not a CPA firm — financial-statement assurance work is performed by state-licensed CPAs and is outside our practice scope. We are not an IRS-representation firm — for audit defense, collections, or appeals, we refer you to a licensed Enrolled Agent or tax attorney. We respond to routine IRS notices (CP2000, CP14, CP504) on returns we prepared.

§ How we work
A small firm, by choice.
We have stayed small because S-Corp work rewards depth, not breadth. The same specialist who writes your reasonable-compensation memo in year one is reading it in year five — and that continuity is the reason the basis schedule is right and the §199A computation has clean inputs. The intake gate exists to protect the work product on the accounts we already carry.
That means we say no to engagements we cannot serve well, and we are direct about it. When the right answer for a prospect is a larger firm, a different practice area, or a different solution entirely, we say so.
